If you remember properly, it was LG who started the trend of wireless charging in phone back in 2012. Google and LG had partnered up to launch the LG Nexus 4 which also is one of the best selling LG phones to date. After many years, LG is finally back in the Wireless Charging realm with the LG G7. So, here are the 5 Best LG G7 Wireless Chargers that you can get today.

The LG G7 supports Wireless Qi Charging, so, any wireless charger that has it is good for your phone. Just make sure that the charger you are getting supports Quick Charge because the G7 ThinQ definitely supports that. So, without wasting your time, these are the 5 Best LG G7 Wireless Chargers you can get right now.

1) Samsung Qi-Certified Fast Charging Wireless Charger

It’s funny when I have to put a Samsung accessory on the top of the list for an LG phone. But as things are right now, Samsung makes the best wireless chargers, which is why this one is on top of the list of 5 Best LG G7 Wireless Chargers. Even though it is a Samsung product, it is compatible with all phones/tablets that follows Qi Standard. So compatibility is not an issue here.

Also, it has multi-coloured LED to indicate charging status as well. The design of the Samsung Wireless Charger is also excellent. It has a vertical orientation which lets you watch the movie as you charge your LG G7 ThinQ. Also, it’s much easier to see the time and notifications when the charger is set in this orientation.

Surprisingly enough, the Samsung Qi Wireless charger is available in four different colours. You can check all the colour options here>>

2) Anker PowerPort Wireless 10 Qi-Certified Charging Pad

Thanks to the Fast charging capability and 2 Amps of output, this Anker Wireless charger allows LG G7 ThinQ to be charged up to 2 times faster compared to any other regular 1Amp charger! With a premium design combined with LED indicators and non-slip surface, it also includes advanced safety features to provide temperature control, surge and short-circuit.

The thing that is great about this wireless charger ist the fact that the Blue LED turns off after a while so that it won’t affect your sleep in any way. The grip surface in the other hand means that your phone won’t slide around even when you have it attatched to your car.

This premium looking wireless charger set can be yours for $22 but can be found for $17 frequently at Amazon.

3) Seneo Fast Wireless Charger

5-Best-LG-G7-Wireless-ChargersNext, on the list of 5 Best LG G7 Wireless Chargers, we have this Seneo Fast Wireless charger with support for Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. Sure, the LG G7 ThinQ features a newer Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.0 but good luck finding any charger with that standard.

But here’s the deal, the Quick Charge 4.0 is backwards compatible. So, this charger should work fine with the G7. Also, the coil in this one is pretty strong. So, you don’t need to remove your phone case for charging (except for metallic cases).

Available in Black and White colour options, you can bag one of these for as less as $20.

4) IKEA Varv Table Lamp plus Wireless Charger

Now, this is something I am pretty sure you weren’t expecting. This is an IKEA furniture with wireless charging built-in. This table lamp light up the room but at the same time serves as a wireless charger for your LG G7 ThinQ. Talk about multi-functionality!

The only downside – you cannot pack it up and take it with you wherever you go. But on the flip side, you can charge up to 2 devices with this IKEA table lamp.

This table lamp charger is available for less than $80, which is quite a bargain for its uniqueness and multi-functionality.

5) Tovaoon Portable Wireless Charger plus Battery Pack

5-Best-LG-G7-Wireless-ChargersA literal wireless charger should be free of cables. But as you have seen, most of the wireless charger needs to be hooked up to the power source eliminating the whole ‘Wireless’ point.

But this Tovaoon Wireless charger is different. It’s a 10000mAh power bank is capable of Wireless charging other devices. With its capacity, it is able to charge your LG G7 2 times and also has Fast Charging feature enabled. The best thing is that you can put your phone with this in your pocket and charge while you go around.

For under $30, I think this wireless charging pad with 10000mAh battery built-in is a steal. It is also my go-to wireless charger of choice.

LG G7 ThinQ Specs Overview

LG G7 ThinQ, or an underdog of the flagships as I like to call it, is getting around. The phone comes with Snapdragon 845 SoC with 6 GB RAM. It’s also got a 6.1″ 3120 x 1440 LCD screen is bright enough even in the sunlight. Sure, it’s no OLED but there’s no denying this is the best LCD Display out there.

loudspeakers on this phone have to be the best in any flagship phone of 2018. The polished AI features on software do have some perks over other phones, but all in all, pretty normal for a flagship in 2018. However, it’s got wireless charging, which not all flagships have incorporated, which is a big plus.

The recently launched OnePlus 6 misses out on the wireless charging feature and lacks Ingress Protection which is one of the biggest cons of the phone. The LG G7 ThinQ in the other hand is an all-rounder.

LG G7 ThinQ Wireless Charger: Do you really need one?

Wireless chargers are one of those things you will not deem important until you start using one.

If you have not used a wireless charger before, you will definitely not feel the need for it. Plugging in a cable isn’t all that difficult, is it? Well, it is not. But placing your phone on a pad and not having to think about it is convenience at whole another level.

You really don’t need a wireless charger for the LG G7 ThinQ but trust me, when you get one, you will not have any regret.
